Award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder, All American Asphalt, in the\namount of $6,339,671, for the construction of Residential Street Improvement Project – Peary and\nAvenida, Group 16; authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the contract and any other\nrelated documents, and take the necessary actions to implement and administer the contract;\nauthorize the Finance Director to execute the Escrow Agreement pertaining to contract retentions;\nand determine the project is categorically exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act\npursuant to Sections 15301, Class 1, and 15302, Class 2, of Title 14 of the California Code of\nRegulations.\n4 February 27, 2024
