Award an agreement with Universal Protection Service, LP, dba Allied Universal Security\nServices, in an amount not to exceed $680,142.19 per year plus a 20% contingency, for street-\nsweeping parking enforcement services for a two year term with up to three one-year optional\nrenewals; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute all necessary documents,\nand exercise the renewal options, subject to available budget appropriations (Bid #9740).
