4. Waive the bidding and publication requirements of Council Policy 4.0 and award an agreement\nwith Airbus Helicopters Inc., in an amount not to exceed $350,000 plus applicable tax and a 20%\ncontingency, to purchase airframe helicopter parts, components and labor for the Police Air\nSupport Division for a one year term with up to four one-year optional renewals; and authorize the\nPurchasing Agent, or designee, to execute the agreement and related documents, and exercise\nthe renewal options, subject to available budget appropriations.
