5. Waive the bidding and publication requirements of Council Policy 4.0 and authorize the purchase\nof six (6) Tesla Model Y vehicles from Tesla, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $320,000 plus all\napplicable taxes and fees; waive the bidding and publication requirements of Council Policy 4.0\nand authorize the purchase of the parts and associated upfitting for the aforementioned vehicles\nfrom Unplugged Performance Inc., in an amount not to exceed $297,000 plus all applicable taxes\nand fees and a 20% contingency; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute all\ndocuments necessary to complete the purchases and upfittings.
