20. Approve Agreement No. A0-5296 regarding the assignment of extraordinary supply from the\nSanta Ana River Conservation and Conjunctive Use Program among The Metropolitan Water\nDistrict of Southern California, the Municipal Water District of Orange County, the Orange County\nWater District, the City of Anaheim, the City of Fullerton, and the City of Santa Ana, with a term of\n61 years; and authorize the Public Utilities General Manager, or designees, to execute and\ndeliver the agreement and any related documents, such as extraordinary supply certifications and\ncost-neutral amendments of the Agreement that are deemed de minimis by the City Attorney’s\nOffice, and take the necessary actions to implement and administer the agreement.
