REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PARKING ENFORCEMENT SERVICES\nThe City of Stanton will issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified parking\nenforcement service providers for the provision of comprehensive parking enforcement\nservices for an initial two year-term, with two two-year extensions to be exercised at the\nCity’s discretion.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council find that this item is not subject to California Environmental Quality Act\n(“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(5)(Organizational or administrative\nactivities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in\nthe environment); and\n2.
