City Council: Adoption of a resolution upholding Planning Commission Resolutions No. 2022-P26 and No. 2022-P29 approving Development Plan (D20-00004) and a request for Density Bonus (BD21-00002) to allow the construction of a new mixed-use project on 18.9 acres of vacant land at the southwest corner of Skylark Drive and Crouch Street and certifying the associated Sustainable Community Environmental Assessment (SCEA) and adopting the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.
