3.4 Amendment No. 1 to Cooperative Agreement No. C-7-1828 Between Orange County Transportation Authority; the Cities of Westminster, Fullerton, Anaheim, Stanton, Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, and Huntington Beach for the Magnolia Avenue Corridor Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (Project P). RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council approve Amendment No. 1, extending the terms of Cooperative Agreement No. C-7-1828 between Orange County Transportation Authority; the Cities of Westminster, Fullerton, Anaheim, Stanton, Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, and Huntington Beach for the Magnolia Avenue Corridor Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (Project P), and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of the City .
