7.1 Request to Consider Disbanding and Dissolving the Quang Tri Monument Committee and Terminate the Quang Tri Monument Project. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council: A. Consider the request to disband and dissolve the Quang Tri Monument Committee and provide direction on adopting a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, DISBANDING AND DISSOLVING THE QUANG TRI MONUMENT COMMITTEE”; and B. Consider termination of the City’s Quang Tri Monument project.
