3.5 Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 2595, Amending Section 2.04.130 Regarding Public Official and Employee Interactions to Amend the Location of the Mayor’s Office. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council adopt Ordinance No. 2595 entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.04.130 (PUBLIC OFFICIAL AND EMPLOYEE INTERACTIONS), OF CHAPTER 2.04 (CITY COUNCIL), OF TITLE 2 (ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL) OF THE WESTMINSTER MUNICIPAL CODE,” to amend the location of the Mayor’s office, conduct second reading, read by title only, and waive further reading.
