9. APPROVE ATTACHMENT AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS COMPANY The Southern California Gas Company (Gas Company) has been deploying advanced metering technology throughout their service area. As part of this deployment, the Gas Company is requesting authorization to attach a metering device to a City owned street light pole. Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Attachment Agreement with the Southern California Gas Company and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
