ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 23-05 ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF THE ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR THE TUSTIN LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING DISTRICT LEVY OF ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 State law requires an engineering analysis each year to identify property benefits and to levy assessments in the Tustin Landscape and Lighting District.
