31. 23-118 Submitted by Councilmember Burns - SB 9 and SB 10 Impacts on Huntington Beach Recommended Action: Request that staff compose, for City Council review, an analysis of SB 9 and SB 10, their impacts in Huntington Beach, and process to exempt the City from SB 9, as the City has opted out of SB10. Direct the City Attorney to take any legal action necessary to challenge SB 9 and SB 10.
