14. First Amendment to the Service Agreement to maintain and service “Smart Cover” sewage overflow detection devices bewtween the City of Hawthorne, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and Hadronex, Inc (“Consultant”). RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff Recommends that the City Council approve the First Amendment to the Service Agreement between the City of Hawthorne and Hadronex, Inc and authorize the City Manager to execute the first amendment to the Service Agreement.
