RECEIVE AND FILE STAFF REPORT SUMMARIZING THE STATUS OF EMERGENCY REPAIRS OF THE MONTEREY PASS ROAD WATER LINE It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receive and File the staff report summarizing the status of emergency repairs of the Monterey Pass Road water line; (2) Adopt a resolution amending Resolution No. 2022-R32 to add the Monterey Pass Road Emergency Water Main Improvements as Project No. 99025; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
