RYAN PARK LED LIGHTING RETROFIT PROJECT Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-18, authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with MUSCO Sports Lighting, LLC (“MUSCO”) for equipment to retrofit five (5) existing soccer fields at Francis Ryan Park with light-emitting diode (“LED”) technology in an amount not to exceed $440,500 utilizing American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (“ARPA”) funds.
