3-D. FY 2022-2023 MID-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and filing the FY 2022-2023 Mid-Year Financial Report; (2) Authorizing the increase of Committed Catastrophic-Event by up to $500 thousand from $4.84 million to up to $5.34 million; (3) Authorizing an additional budget appropriation of $1,088,719 from American Rescue Plan Act, Water and Sewer funds; and (4) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
