3-E. 2022 MONTEREY PARK GENERAL PLAN AND HOUSING ELEMENT ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and filing the 2022 General Plan and Housing Element Annual Progress Report; (2) Directing staff to forward a copy of the report to the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research (OPR) and the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) before April 1, 2023; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
