ANNUAL WEED ABATEMENT DECLARATION LIST It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Adopting the attached Resolution with the Declaration List; and/or (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable. CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act): Adoption of this Resolution is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) under CEQA Guidelines § 15061(b)(3) because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the Resolution may have a significant effect on the environment.
