Expenditure: $1,000,000\n(Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Public Works Director that City Council approve a first amendment\nto the public works agreement with Vido Artukovich & Son, Inc./ Vidmar, Inc., a California\njoint venture of South El Monte, CA (C2022-054) in the amount of $1,000,000, for a new\nnot-to-exceed amount of $15,832,149.85, to provide construction services for the Van Ness\nWater Wells Transmission Main, 1-145 and to extend the term for an additional one-year\nperiod beginning April 12, 2024 and ending April 11, 2025.
