8.d RESOLUTION NO. 2023-12 AUTHORIZING AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO AND CITY OF IMPERIAL BEACH FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FOR AN ADDITIONAL THREE CONSECUTIVE PERIODS. (0650-34) Recommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-12 authorizing the automatic renewal of the Cooperation Agreement between the County of San Diego and the City of Imperial Beach for participation in the San Diego Urban County Community Development Block Grant Program for an additional three consecutive periods covering July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027.
