16. Replacing the Delegate and Alternate to Independent Cities Risk Management Authority (ICRMA) with the City Attorney staff. RECOMMENDED MOTION: The Staff Recommends that the City Council approve the replacement of the delegate and alternate delegate to ICRMA Board from the current delegate, Mayor Pro Tem Angie English and alternate, Councilman Alex Monteiro, with the staff of the City Attorney’s Office, Assistant City Attorney Alison Stevens as the delegate and Legal Risk Specialist Samuel English as the alternate.
