FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 MID-YEAR BUDGET REVIEW\nSummary:\nThe City Council will conduct a mid-year budget review regarding the City’s\nfinancial position based on the first six months of the fiscal year as of December\n31, 2023, and consider adopting a resolution approving proposed budget\nadjustments.
