9H. SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR THE STANTON FAMILY\nRESOURCE CENTER UNDER THE COUNTY OF ORANGE FAMILIES AND\nCOMMUNITIES TOGETHER (FaCT) PROGRAM\nThe City Council will consider approving the Second Amendment to the Agreement for\nFamily Resource Center Services, extending the contract term for two years from July\n1, 2023 through June 30, 2025 and allocating funding in the amount of $370,800 each\nyear.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare that this item is not subject to the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3); and\n2. Approve the Second Amendment to the Agreement for Family Resource Center\nServices with the County of Orange Social Services Agency; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to bind the City of Stanton and the County of Orange\nSocial Services Agency in an amended agreement to provide Family Resource\nCenter services.
