Licensed Health Facility Process Engagement\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Mitchell: Authorize the Director of\nPublic Health to execute agreements and/or amend agreements, including sole\nsource agreements, for its Health Facilities Inspection Division’s (HFID)\nevaluation and community engagement process with a term through December\n31, 2024, allow for a 12-month no cost extension through December 31, 2025,\nand execute further amendments, as required, as long as funding is available;\nand continue collaboration with the State’s Licensing and Certification Division\nin efforts to inform HFID inspection and standards processes and continue to\nengage stakeholders.
