45. Core HIV Care Services Sole Source Contract Amendments\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Public Health to execute contract\namendments to 49 sole source Core HIV Care Services contracts, to extend the\nterm effective March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025 with amendment with\nvarious providers for a total maximum obligation of $32,998,411, 100% offset by\nHealth Resources and Services Administration Ryan White Program Part A\nfunds; and authorize the Director to take the following actions: (Department of\nPublic Health) APPROVE\nExecute amendments to the contracts that extend the term through\nFebruary 28, 2026, at amounts to be determined by the Director,\ncontingent upon the availability of funds and contractor performance,\nallow the rollover of unspent contract funds, if allowable by the grantor,\nprovide an increase or decrease in funding up to 25% above or below\nthe annual base maximum obligation, effective upon amendment\nexecution, or at the beginning of the applicable contract period, allow for\nreallocation of funds between budgets, and correct errors in the\ncontracts' terms and conditions, and/or update the statement of work\nand/or scope of work;\nExecute change notices to the contracts that authorize modifications to\nthe budget with corresponding modifications to the statement of work\nand/or scope of work, that are within the same scope of services, as\nnecessary, and changes to hours of operation and/or service locations;\nand\nImmediately suspend or terminate contracts upon issuing a written notice\nto contractors who fail to perform and/or fully comply with program\nrequirements, and terminate contracts for convenience by providing a\n30-calendar day advance written notice to contractors.
