As-Needed On-Site Veterinary Services Contract\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Animal Care and Control to\ncontract with Dr. Bijula Yusin, for as-needed veterinarian services, who was\nemployed with the County within the past 12 months, in a position of substantial\nresponsibility in the area of service to be performed by the contract, based on\nspecial circumstances, as required by County Code Section 2.180.010 (A),\nwhich precludes the Department from immediately contracting with the\nveterinarian unless approved by the Board as a special circumstance.\n(Department of Animal Care and Control) APPROVE (24-0687)
