54. Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park Restroom Restoration and the Veterans\nMemorial Community Regional Park Paving Repair Capital Projects\nRecommendation: Establish and approve the proposed Frank G. Bonelli\nRegional Park Restroom Restoration Project, Capital Project (CP) No. 8A027 in\nthe City of San Dimas, with a total project budget of $1,185,000, and the\nVeterans Memorial Community Regional Park Paving Repair Project, CP No.\n8A028 in the City of Sylmar, with a total project budget of $486,000 (Projects)\n(5); approve an appropriation adjustment to transfer $1,671,000 from the\nExtraordinary Maintenance budget as follows: $1,185,000 to CP No. 8A027 and\n$486,000 to CP No. 8A028, to fully fund the proposed Projects; authorize the\nDirector of Parks and Recreation to deliver the proposed Projects through a\nBoard-approved Job Order Contract; and find the proposed Projects are\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
