Combating Racially Motivated Eminent Domain - County Support for\nSenate Bill 1050\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Hahn and Mitchell: Direct the\nChief Executive Officer, through the Legislative Affairs and Intergovernmental\nRelations Branch, to advocate in support of Senate Bill 1050 (Bradford),\nlegislation which would establish a process for the State of California to review\nand investigate public complaints from individuals who claim their property was\ntaken without just compensation as a result of racially motivated eminent domain\nand establishes a process for providing compensation to the rightful owner.\n(24-0756)
