Geographic Information System - Centric Enterprise Asset Management\nSystem Services Contract\nRecommendation: Award a contract to Timmons Group, Inc., for the\nGeographic Information System-Centric Enterprise Asset Management System,\nfor a term of one-year to implement the system followed by a three-year term\nwith two one-year renewal options, for a maximum potential contract term of six\nyears and a maximum contract amount of $2,461,145 and pool dollars for\nunforeseen or optional work in the amount of $250,000 for a potential total\nmaximum contract amount of $2,711,145; authorize the Director of Public\nWorks to execute the contract, renew the contact for each additional renewal\noption and extension period if, in the opinion of the Director, Timmons Group,\nInc., has successfully preformed during the previous contract period and the\nservices are still required; approve and execute amendment to incorporate\nnecessary changes within the scope of work; increase the contract amount up\nto an additional not-to-exceed amount of $250,000 in pool dollars for\nunforeseen or optional work within the scope of the contract, if required;\nsuspend and/or terminate work for convenience if it is in the best interest of the\nCounty; and find that the project is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act.
