4) CONSIDERATION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN RANCHO SANTIAGO COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND THE CITY OF WEST COVINA It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Ratify the Inter-Agency Instructional Services Agreement between the City and Rancho Santiago Community College District (Santa Ana College) for Fire Department training costs. 2.
