9G. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CITYTECH\nSOLUTIONS/CHARLES ABBOTT ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR BUILDING PERMIT AND\nCODE ENFORCEMENT SOFTWARE TRACKING SYSTEM\nStaff recommends the City enter into a Professional Services Agreement with CityTech\nSolutions/Charles Abbott Associates, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $40,500, plus a\n2% increase per year, starting at year 2, for continued operation of the Building Permit\nand Code Enforcement Software Tracking System for a term of three (3) years, set to\nexpire March 1, 2026 with a one (1) year option to renew.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council find that this item is not subject to California Environmental Quality Act\n(“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(5) (Organizational or administrative\nactivities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in\nthe environment);\n2. Approve Professional Services Agreement with CityTech Solutions, a division of\nCharles Abbott Associates, Inc.; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Services Agreement\nbetween City of Stanton and CityTech Solutions to provide Building Permit and code\nEnforcement Software Tracking System services.\nFebruary 14, 2023
