8H. Award a construction contract for the Moonlight Beach Barrels and Storm Water Repairs Project (CD05E) to Beador Construction Company, Inc. Environmental Considerations: The proposed project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 (c) of the CEQA Guidelines. This section exempts projects characterized as minor alterations to public facilities, involving negligible or no expansion of the existing site. The proposed project meets the criteria for this exemption.
