G. Consideration and possible action to award a professional services agreement for the preparation of the Annual Engineer’s Report for the Citywide Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District. (Hevener) Recommendation: 1) Award a professional services agreement to Harris & Associates for the preparation of the Annual Engineer’s Report and associated administrative services for the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District, in the amount of $10,100 with a contingency of $1,515; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
