3. APPROVAL AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT WITH INFINITY\nTECHNOLOGIES FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)\nMANAGEMENT SERVICES\nRecommended Action: 1) Authorize an appropriation increase\nof $7,306 in the General Fund for the remainder of FY 2023-24;\nand 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute\nAmendment No. 1 to the agreement with Infinity Technologies\nincreasing the base rate to $29,225 per month effective March\n1, 2024, and $30,394 per month effective August 1, 2024, with a\n5% contingency amount for emergency IT services as\ndescribed above.
