AWARD OF INTERIOR OFFICE SOLUTIONS, INC., DBA PEOPLESPACE\nCONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF OFFICE FURNITURE AND STORAGE\nSOLUTIONS FOR CITY’S PUBLIC WORKS, WATER, AND\nCOMMUNITY SERVICES FACILITIES (CITY YARD) OFFICE\nFURNITURE UPGRADE AND REPLACEMENT PROJECT (CITY\nPROJECT NO. 9478)\nRecommended Action: 1) Appropriate an additional $250,000\nfrom the Equipment Replacement Fund for City Project No.\n9478; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to award a contract to\nInterior Office Solutions, Inc., dba PeopleSpace, for the\nremoval, purchase, and installation of office furniture and\nstorage solutions for the City Yard furniture upgrade and\nreplacement project (City Project No. 9478) in an amount of\n$441,756, plus a 10% contingency of $44,175.68 to account for\nany unexpected expenses, for a contract total of $485,931.
