7. FIRST AMENDMENT TO PUBLIC SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ANDRITZ SEPARATION, INC. Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-53, authorizing the Mayor to execute a first amendment to the Public Services Agreement with Andritz Separation, Inc in the amount of $51,382.
