CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-132,\nRENEWAL OF GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (GSA) WITH THE\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES\nOn June 30, 2024, the General Services Agreement between the City of\nSouth El Monte and the County of Los Angeles will expire. A new\nagreement is required to maintain the continuity of services provided to the\nCity.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-132, approving the renewal of the General\nServices Agreement with the County of Los Angeles from July 1, 2024,\nto June 30, 2029; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute the\nagreement.
