Item No. 29. 2023-0321 APPROVE THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES, THE CITY OF CARSON, THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, THE CITY OF HAWTHORNE, THE CITY OF INGLEWOOD, THE CITY OF LAWNDALE, THE CITY OF LOMITA, LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, AND THE SOUTH BAY CITIES COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS REGARDING THE ADMINISTRATION AND COST SHARING FOR IMPLEMENTING THE COORDINATED INTEGRATED MONITORING PROGRAM (CIMP) AND WATERSHED MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (WMP) FOR TH E DOMINGUEZ CHANNEL WATERSHED MANAGEMENT AREA Recommendation: TAKE the following actions: 1. APPROVE the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Los Angeles, the City of Carson, the City of El Segundo, the City of Hawthorne, the City of Inglewood, the City of Lawndale, the City of Lomita, the Los Angeles Flood Control District, the County of Los Angeles, and the South Bay Cities Council of Governments regarding the administration and cost sharing for implementing the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Plan and Watershed Management Plan for the Dominguez Channel Watershed Management Area. 2.
