(0200-50) Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve Resolution No. 2023-46 authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute an agreement between the City of Chula Vista and the City of Imperial Beach for the purpose of providing animal care and animal control services in Imperial Beach.
