12.d RESOLUTION NO. 2023-47 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE A TIDELANDS USE AND OCCUPANCY PERMIT (TOUP) WITH THE PORT OF SAN DIEGO FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF FITNESS EQUIPMENT AT DUNES PARK. (0150-70 & 0920-10) Recommendation: City staff recommends that the City Council approve Resolution No. 2023-47 authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a Tidelands Use and Occupancy Permit between the City of Imperial Beach and the Port of San Diego for the installation and maintenance of fitness equipment at Dunes Park.
