6.10 Consideration of Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for software to host the City’s Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) System, extending the term to December 31, 2027, revising the scope of services, increasing compensation by $285,955.43, revising the written notice period, revising the address for the City and City Attorney, and revising the indemnity provisions RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Amendment.
