F. Consideration and possible action to approve an amendment to the Joint Powers Agreement with the Los Angeles Regional Agency for solid waste reporting and programs. (Hevener) Recommendation: 1) Adopt Resolution 2023-__, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES CALIFORNIA APPROVING AN AMENDED AND RESTATED JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES REGIONAL AGENCY (LARA); and, 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amended and Restated Joint Powers Agreement with the Los Angeles Regional Agency.
