APPLICANT: Bryan Elia, Masterworks Construction Company. 3 Thursday, July 20, 2023 RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the Historic Preservation Commission conduct Design Review of the project and recommend approval of the Certificate of Appropriateness for the project to the Director of Development Services for final action, pursuant to Article 40, Section 33-790(b)(5).
