G. Consideration and possible action to approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Davis Farr LLP for finance management services (Bañales) Recommendation: (1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Davis Farr LLP in the amount of $20,000, thereby increasing the agreement amount from $25,000 to $45,000; and, (2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.
