Appeal: Site Plan and Architectural Review (SPC/AR) 2022-109 (Li) – A request to permit a grading project consisting of moving dirt and the construction of retaining walls to create a new building pad, on the subject property located at 20235 Fuerte Drive, Walnut. (APN: 8709-011-015). Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: a. Open the Public Hearing; b. Hear the Staff Report; c. Solicit public input on this item d. City Council Discussion; e. Close the Public Hearing; and f. Uphold the Planning Commission’s decision to deny SPC/AR 2022-109.
