8D. Acceptance of the Leucadia Streetscape Safety and Mobility Improvements Project (CS22F). Environmental Considerations: The project being considered by the City Council was evaluated pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, which resulted in the Final Environmental Impact Report for the North Coast Highway 101 Streetscape Improvement Project (10-035 DR/CDP/EIR and 10-036 GPA/SPA/LCPA).
