F. RESPONSE TO 2022-2023 ORANGE COUNTY GRAND JURY REPORT “WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD: ARE CITIES RESPONSIBLY MANAGING THE INTEGRATION OF GROUP HOMES?” Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 23-77, which will approve, and authorize the Mayor to submit the response letter to the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court regarding the 2022-2023 Orange County Grand Jury report, “Welcome to the Neighborhood: Are cities responsibly managing the integration of group homes?” as recommended in the Administrative Report dated August 15, 2023, and on file with the City Clerk.
