12.f NOTIFICATION OF TRAVEL AND DESIGNATION OF VOTING DELEGATE FOR LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES ANNUAL CONFERENCE & EXPO: SEPTEMBER 20-22, 2023. (0140-10 & 0410-60) Recommendation: 1. That City Council designates Councilmember McKay as the voting delegate for the 2023 League Annual Conference Business Meeting and 2. That the City Council directs the City Clerk to complete and submit a Voting Delegate/Alternate Form to the League's office by Monday, August 28, 2023.
