FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP APPROVAL FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 83911, A THREE-UNIT CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION AT 6243 OAK AVENUE The City Council is requested to approve the final map to allow the property owner to record the map and complete the subdivision. Recommendation: 1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Parcel Map No. 83911 (Attachment “A”); 2. Authorize the City Clerk to certify Map No. 83911; and 3. Find the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 (K) (Existing Facilities) and 15315 (Minor Land Divisions) of the CEQA Guidelines.
